Dr. P. Vaughter: Philip Vaughter is a Postdoctoral Fellow working between Lakehead and York University. He studies sustainability policies with a particular focus on climate change, energy, and biodiversity. His current research examines synergies between institutional and municipal environmental policy in Canada and the tensions between alternative energy development and biodiversity policy in the Pacific.
